Whatever the issues are, Counselling can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings and help facilitate change.
I am committed to providing Counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work Integratively, which means that I combine different techniques of Counselling to meet your individual needs. As a Counsellor, I have considerable experience in working with both adults and young people (14-18years). I can provide both short term and long term therapy in a warm, welcoming environment.
